Creamy Tropical Parfait
- 60 g (1/4 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 1 mango, cut into 1-inch chunks Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted
- Whisk cream cheese and sugar in small bowl until blended.
- Stir in Cool Whip.
- Reserve half the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir mangos into remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon mango mixture evenly into 4 parfait glasses.
- Top with layers of bananas, half the coconut, reserved cream cheese mixture and remaining coconut.
