Mac and Cheesy, Very Easy

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain pasta, but do not rinse.
  3. Return pasta to pot.
  4. Stir in nutritional yeast, soy milk, and shredded cheddar.
  5. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Suggestion: Mix in some cooked veggies, such as peas, carrots, or broccoli.
