Molten Lava Cakes
- 8 ounces unsweetened baker's chocolate
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 4 eggs
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 cup flour
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Melt chocolate and butter in microwave and mix.
- Add the vanilla and confectioners sugar.
- Stir.
- Add all of the eggs and stir.
- Add cup of flour and stir.
- Spray ramekins with cooking spray.
- Pour the batter into ramekins and bake for 12 minutes.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar onto the cakes and serve!
