Highlighter Chicken
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/4 cups Prepared Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 6 whole Chicken Breasts
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt butter in a pan over low heat.
- Stir in honey, mustard, salt and curry powder.
- Coat chicken pieces in the sauce and arrange in a single layer in a 9X13 inch pan.
- Bake until tender (45 minutes to an hour).
- Baste a few times with the sauce if possible.
