Highlighter Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt butter in a pan over low heat.
  3. Stir in honey, mustard, salt and curry powder.
  4. Coat chicken pieces in the sauce and arrange in a single layer in a 9X13 inch pan.
  5. Bake until tender (45 minutes to an hour).
  6. Baste a few times with the sauce if possible.
