Apple Cobbler #2 Diabetic Recipe
- FILLING
- 8 sm Apples, peeled, cored & sliced Artificial sweetenre to = 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Water TOPPING
- 1/2 c. Flour Artifical sweetener to = 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Soft butter
- 1 x Egg ** Taylor - to cut back on fat use egg substitute instead of the egg.
- Mix filling ingredients in a 8 x 8 x 2 pan.
- In a small bowl then mix the topping ingredients.
- Drop in eight mounds atop the aple mix.
- Bake at 375 for 35 - 40 min.
- Cut in 2 inch squares.
- Serve Hot.
