The Healthiest Overnight Maple Oatmeal
- 2 cups steel cut oats (do not substitute )
- 6 cups water
- 12 cup dried cherries or 12 cup raisins or 12 cup cranberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 cup ground flax seeds
- 12 cup blueberries or 12 cup bananas or 12 cup walnuts
- Spray the inside of a 4-5 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add the Oats, Water, Maple Syrup,Dried fruit, Cinnamon and Ground Flaxseed.
- Set slow cooker to Low and cook for 7-8 hours.
- When ready to serve, top with Blueberries ( Fresh or Frozen) Banana slices, and Walnuts.
