Chicago-Style BBQ Ribs

  1. Bake ribs at 450F for 20 minutes.
  2. Pour off fat.
  3. Reduce oven to 300F and cook 30 minutes more.
  4. Meanwhile, mix sauce and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
  5. Drain ribs and cover with sauce.
  6. Cook another hour, basting every 15 minutes.
