Chicago-Style BBQ Ribs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 lb. country-style back ribs
- Bake ribs at 450F for 20 minutes.
- Pour off fat.
- Reduce oven to 300F and cook 30 minutes more.
- Meanwhile, mix sauce and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
- Drain ribs and cover with sauce.
- Cook another hour, basting every 15 minutes.
