Impossible Taco Pie

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 1 (1 1/2 oz.) envelope taco seasoning
• 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
• 1 1/4 c. milk
• 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
• 3 eggs
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
• sour cream
• chopped tomatoes
• shredded lettuce

1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
2. Grease 10-inch pie plate.
3. Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix.
4. Spread in plate; sprinkle with chiles.
5. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
6. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes.
7. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
8. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 8 to 10 minutes longer.
9. Cool 5 minutes.
10. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce, if desired.
11. Serves 6 to 8.
