Tropical Storm Edouard Steak
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can French onion soup (I used Dominique's)
- 8 sirloin steaks, portions
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 12 cup water
- 16 ounces cooked egg noodles
- Place steak portions in a Dutch oven.
- Mix soups in a bowl.
- Pour sous over steak.
- Season with black pepper.
- Bring to a simmer on the stovetop.
- Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Add flour dissolved in the water.
- Simmer 1/2 hour more.
- Serve over egg noodles (I used no yolk by mistake but no one noticed).
