Protein Muffins
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 cup ground oatmeal
- 12 cup ground quinoa
- 12 cup ground chia seeds
- 12 cup ground roasted soybeans
- 12 cup ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 12 cups fine shredded carrots
- 1 34 cups skim milk
- 12 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- mix dry ingrediants.
- mix wet ingredients in separate bowl, then add to dry.
- bake for 16-18 @ 400 F depending on the size of your muffin tins.
