No-Bake Layered Lime Dessert
- 5 limes, divided Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1 pkg. (298 g) frozen pound cake, thawed, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- Grate zest, then squeeze juice from 3 limes to measure 3 Tbsp.
- zest and 1/2 cup juice.
- Reserve 1 tsp.
- zest for garnish.
- Whisk remaining zest with lime juice and next 3 ingredients until blended.
- Arrange half the cake slices on bottom of 9-inch square dish, overlapping as necessary to fit; pour half the milk mixture over cake slices in dish.
- Repeat.
- Cover with Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Make Citrus Twists from remaining limes.

- Use to garnish dessert along with the reserved zest.
