Sirloin Salad with Dijon Parmesan Dressing

  1. Mix dressing and mustard until well blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Saute peppers and onions in oil on high heat until crisp-tender.
  4. Add to salad greens; toss lightly.
  5. Meanwhile, grill or broil steak until cooked through (160F).
  6. Cut into 1/4-inch-wide strips.
  7. For each serving: Place 4 cups of the greens mixture on serving plate; top with 4 oz.
  8. of the steak.
  9. Drizzle with 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture.
  10. Or, fill 2-oz.
  11. portion cup with dressing mixture and serve on the side.
