Sirloin Salad with Dijon Parmesan Dressing
- 2 qt. KRAFT Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 1 qt. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 2 gal. Red and green peppers, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 3 qt. red onions, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1/2 cup oil
- 12 gal. mixed salad greens, torn
- - Sirloin steaks Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- Mix dressing and mustard until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Saute peppers and onions in oil on high heat until crisp-tender.
- Add to salad greens; toss lightly.
- Meanwhile, grill or broil steak until cooked through (160F).
- Cut into 1/4-inch-wide strips.
- For each serving: Place 4 cups of the greens mixture on serving plate; top with 4 oz.
- of the steak.
- Drizzle with 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture.
- Or, fill 2-oz.
