Banana Cheesecake Recipe

• 1 x 10" pie crust, pre-baked for 10 min
• 12 ounce Cream cheese
• 1 1/2 c. Plain yogurt
• 2 c. Pureed bananas (4 medium bananas)
• 2 x Large eggs (opt)
• 1/4 c. Honey (opt)

1. Blend all the ingredients in the blender till smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into the pre-baked pie crust and bake for 30 min or possibly till set.
3. Allow to cold before serving.
4. You can top with a layer of yogurt and decorate with any fresh fruit (try a mix of strawberry and banana slices).
5. Serve well chilled.
6. Without the Large eggs and honey, each serving
