Middle Eastern Salad

• 1 cup sunflower sprouts
• 1 cup red clover sprouts
• 12 cup fenugreek sprouts
• 13 cup olive
• 1 cup jerusalem artichoke (shredded)

1. Mix the ingredients together and add the dressing.
