Green Pepper Steak Recipe
- 1 pound thin sliced round steak
- 1/4 c. oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. onion, sliced thin
- 2 green peppers, stripped
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- Brown meat in oil, salt and pepper.
- Add in onion and green pepper and beef bouillon.
- Cover and cook till vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add in cornstarch and water and soy sauce to meat and vegetable mix till gravy is thick.
- Extra water may be needed.
- Serve over rice.
- HINT: Have meat half frzn before cutting into strips.
