Green Pepper Steak Recipe

  1. Brown meat in oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Add in onion and green pepper and beef bouillon.
  3. Cover and cook till vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Add in cornstarch and water and soy sauce to meat and vegetable mix till gravy is thick.
  5. Extra water may be needed.
  6. Serve over rice.
  7. HINT: Have meat half frzn before cutting into strips.
