Skip-A-Step Lasagna(Serves 8 To 10)

  1. Brown ground beef and drain fat.
  2. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
  3. In separate bowl, stir together cottage cheese, eggs, 1/3 cup Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  4. In 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish, place 3 noodles.
  5. Spread 1/3 of the meat/sauce mixture over noodles.
  6. Top with 1/2 eggs, 1 cup cheese and 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella and 1/4 Swiss.
  7. Repeat as many times as possible, ending with the meat/sauce mixture on top.
  8. Pour boiling water around edge of lasagna.
  9. Cover tightly with foil.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until noodles are tender.
  11. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  12. Return to oven 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  13. Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
  14. Serves 8 to 10.
