Shabu-Shabu with Sesame Dipping Sauce
- 300 ml Dashi stock (kombu and water)
- 5 tbsp Ground sesame seeds (white)
- 5 tbsp Vinegar
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- 6 tbsp Soy sauce
- Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer, and it's done!!
- The smell of sesame is irresistible!
- The combination of this broth and meat is the best!
- Simmer udon noodles in the leftover sauce for the final dish.
- For the sukiyaki base (warishita sauce).
