Blender Cheese Pie Recipe

  1. Combine gelatin and boiling water in electric blender.
  2. Cover and blend at low speed till gelatin is dissolved; about 1 minute.
  3. Add in cream cheese; cover and blend at low speed 30 seconds.
  4. Add in ice and whipped topping; cover and blend at high speed till ice is melted about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour into crust and refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
