Blender Cheese Pie Recipe
- 1 pkg. jello gelatin (any flavor)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese (cut into small pcs)
- 1 c. crushed ice
- 1 (4 ounce.) Cold Whip
- 1 baked 8 or possibly 9-inch graham cracker crust (cooled)
- Combine gelatin and boiling water in electric blender.
- Cover and blend at low speed till gelatin is dissolved; about 1 minute.
- Add in cream cheese; cover and blend at low speed 30 seconds.
- Add in ice and whipped topping; cover and blend at high speed till ice is melted about 30 seconds.
- Pour into crust and refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
