Honey-Mustard Chicken

  1. Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until it's well browned on both sides.
  3. Stir the soup, mayonnaise, honey and mustard in the skillet and heat to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat to low.
  5. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle with pecans or walnuts.
  7. Serve with the rice.
