Chocolate Pudding

  1. Combine the cocoa flour and sugar in a medium sauce pan,
  2. Place over a medium heat and slowly stir in the milk 1/2 cup at a time (should be the consistency of gravy) .
  3. Stirring constantly till all of the milk is added.
  4. Remove from heat add Vanilla and Butter, stir well.
  5. DO NOT use margarine or imitation Vanilla.
  6. Pour into 1/2 cup serving dishes and chill in the fridge until set.
  7. I like mine still Warm/almost hot.
  8. You can add broken Oreo cookies, animal crackers Etc.
