BAKER'S ONE BOWL Chocolate-Strawberry Cake

• 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
• 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, divided
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1-1/4 cups flour, divided
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 3/4 cup water
• 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• 1 cup sliced strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Microwave butter and 2 oz.
3. chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
4. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
5. Beat in sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended.
6. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended.
7. Add 1/4 cup flour and baking soda; mix well.
8. Add remaining flour alternately with the water, beating until blended after each addition.
9. Pour into 9-inch round pan sprayed with cooking spray.
10. Bake 30 min.
11. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
12. Cool in pan 10 min.
13. ; remove to wire rack.
14. Cool completely.
15. Top with COOL WHIP and strawberries just before serving.
16. Melt remaining chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over cake.
17. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
