Easy Breezy Bruchetta
- 10 whole Plum Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 whole Sweet Onion, Finely Chopped
- 3/4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 6 leaves Basil, Cut Thin
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Balsalmic Vinegar
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and cover.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Serve on toasted bread.
