Beef Pot Roast Recipe

  1. Brown slowly on all sides in shortening.
  2. Place in Dutch oven.
  3. Add in 1/2 c. of water.
  4. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 2-3 hrs or possibly till done.
  5. Yield 8-10 servings.
