Spicy Pretzels
- 1 bag (15 Oz. Size) Pretzels Or Mini Pretzels
- 3/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 package (1 Oz. Size) Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 200 F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Set aside.
- 2.
- Place the pretzels in a large zip top bag and add the oil and the spices.
- Close the bag, and shake it all together very well (see note below).
- 3.
- Spread the pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet.
- If they dont all fit in a single layer (though some overlapping is fine), use two sheets.
- 4.
- Bake for 50 minutes, stirring two or three times during the baking process.
- 5.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- 6.
- Store in a tightly sealed container at room temperature.
- Pretzels stay fresh for around 3 weeks, if they last that long.
- Enjoy!
- Notes: 1.
- Use cayenne depending on how spicy you like your pretzels.
- I added the listed amount of cayenne.
- Then I tasted the pretzels after they were coated in seasoning, and decided I wanted more heat.
- So I added about 1/4 teaspoon more.
- Make sure you taste after you season them, and adjust seasonings accordingly.
- 2.
- If you dont have large Ziploc bags, just stir everything with a spoon or gloved hands in a large bowl.
- 3.
