RITZ Cheesy-Crab Topper
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
- 48 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers
- Mix all ingredients except crackers; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Spoon about 1 tsp.
- crabmeat mixture onto each cracker just before serving.
