Make-Ahead Frozen Chocolate Tunnel Cake

  1. Cut 1/2-inch-thick slice from top of cake; set aside.
  2. Cut out center of cake, leaving 1/2-inch-thick shell on bottom and sides.
  3. Reserve removed cake pieces for snacking or another use.
  4. Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  5. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  6. Reserve 1 cup pudding mixture.
  7. Chop 5 cookies; stir into remaining pudding mixture, then spoon into cake shell.
  8. Cover with top of cake.
  9. Frost top of cake with reserved pudding mixture.
  10. Chop remaining cookie; sprinkle over cake.
  11. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
