Make-Ahead Frozen Chocolate Tunnel Cake
- 1 pkg. (10.75 oz.) frozen pound cake, thawed
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 6 OREO Cookies, divided
- Cut 1/2-inch-thick slice from top of cake; set aside.
- Cut out center of cake, leaving 1/2-inch-thick shell on bottom and sides.
- Reserve removed cake pieces for snacking or another use.
- Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Stir in COOL WHIP.
- Reserve 1 cup pudding mixture.
- Chop 5 cookies; stir into remaining pudding mixture, then spoon into cake shell.
- Cover with top of cake.
- Frost top of cake with reserved pudding mixture.
- Chop remaining cookie; sprinkle over cake.
- Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
