Cauliflower with Toasted Walnuts

  1. Melt butter in large skillet.
  2. Add walnuts, onions and garlic; cook 2 to 3 min.
  3. or until walnuts are lightly toasted and onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Add cauliflower to small amount of boiling water in medium saucepan; cover.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 8 to 10 min.
  8. or until cauliflower is crisp-tender.
  9. Drain.
  10. Place cauliflower in serving dish; top with the walnut mixture.
  11. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
