Glacier Squares
- 8 cups mint-chocolate chip ice cream
- 30 chocolate wafer sandwich cookies
- 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 12 cup Magic Shell ice cream topping
- Soften the ice cream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, pulse the cookies in a food processor until crushed.
- (or crush the cookies in a re-sealable plastic bag with a rolling pin).
- Toss the crumbs with the butter.
- Press into a 9x13-inch pan.

- Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Drop spoonfuls of ice cream over the crumb base.
- Using the back of a spoon, spread ice cream evenly over the crust.
- Freeze for at least 5 hours or until firm.
- Cover tightly and store in the freezer for up to 5 days.
- Thaw for 10 minutes at room temperature before slicing.
- Drizzle the chocolate magic shell decoratively over each ice cream slice to garnish.
