Glacier Squares

  1. Soften the ice cream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, pulse the cookies in a food processor until crushed.
  3. (or crush the cookies in a re-sealable plastic bag with a rolling pin).
  4. Toss the crumbs with the butter.
  5. Press into a 9x13-inch pan.

  8. Drop spoonfuls of ice cream over the crumb base.
  9. Using the back of a spoon, spread ice cream evenly over the crust.
  10. Freeze for at least 5 hours or until firm.
  11. Cover tightly and store in the freezer for up to 5 days.
  12. Thaw for 10 minutes at room temperature before slicing.
  13. Drizzle the chocolate magic shell decoratively over each ice cream slice to garnish.
