Drizzle Berry Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Place 1/2 cup of the chopped chocolate in heavy saucepan; cook on very low heat just until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly.
  4. Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, stirring until well blended.
  5. Add egg; mix well.
  6. Pour into crust.
  7. Bake 35 min.
  8. Cool.
  9. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  10. Place remaining 1/2 cup chopped chocolate and the butter in saucepan; cook on very low heat just until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly.
  11. Arrange strawberries on top of pie; drizzle with the chocolate mixture.
  12. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
  13. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
