Drizzle Berry Pie
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.), chopped, divided
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 8 whole strawberries, hulled Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Place 1/2 cup of the chopped chocolate in heavy saucepan; cook on very low heat just until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly.
- Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, stirring until well blended.
- Add egg; mix well.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake 35 min.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Place remaining 1/2 cup chopped chocolate and the butter in saucepan; cook on very low heat just until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly.
- Arrange strawberries on top of pie; drizzle with the chocolate mixture.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
- Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
