Volcano Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes according to package directions.
  2. Spread potatoes in greased 9X13 pan.
  3. Whip cream on high until just peaked.
  4. Fold shredded cheddar into whipping cream.
  5. Spread cheddar/whipping cream mixture on top of potatoes.
  6. Spread topping on potatoes.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20- 25 minutes.
