Easy Caesar Salad with Parmesan Toasts

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Spread each bread slice with 1/2 tsp.
  3. dressing; sprinkle each with 1 tsp.
  4. cheese.
  5. Place on baking sheet.
  6. Broil 2 to 3 min.
  7. or until golden brown.
  8. Cool on wire rack.
  9. Mix remaining dressing and lemon zest.
  10. Toss with lettuce in large serving bowl.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  12. Serve with Parmesan toasts.
