Fiddlehead Quiche

  1. Sprinkle pie shell with flour.
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Add milk, cheese, fiddleheads, mushrooms, green onions and seasonings.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Top with crumbled bacon.
  6. Bake at 190 cup for 35 to 40 min or until the top is golden brown.
