Boneless Chicken With Onions And Green Peppers

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Saute boneless chicken in vegetable oil, turning frequently to keep chicken from sticking.
  3. Add 1/2 of pepper and onion.
  4. Continue to cook on medium heat.
  5. Sprinkle flour over mixture; cook for 5 minutes. Add water and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with white steamed rice. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
