Cheesecake Cream

• 150 g cream cheese
• 23 cup icing sugar, sifted
• 12 cup thickened cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Put all ingredients in bowl.
2. Beat with electric beaters till thick and combined.
3. Refrigerate till ready to use.
