Lovers Passion Fruit Delight

• 200 g fresh strawberries, hulled
• 4 passion fruit, halved
• fresh mint leaves

1. Slice the strawberries and arrange in a fan shape on a plate.
2. Scoop the passion fruit pulp on to the strawberries, garnish with the mint leaves and serve.
