Sports Jersey Cake

  1. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  2. Grease foil; set aside.
  3. Prepare cake batter and bake in prepared pan as directed on package.
  4. Cool in pan 15 min.
  5. (Do not remove cake from pan.)
  6. Pierce cake with large fork or skewer at 1/2-inch intervals; set aside.
  7. Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min.
  8. ; immediately pour over cake.
  9. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  10. Lift cake from pan with foil handles; place on cutting board.
  11. Cut cake into pieces with serrated knife as shown in both diagram and photo.
  12. Arrange on large serving platter to resemble a jersey, removing cake from foil before placing on platter.
  13. Stir food coloring into COOL WHIP; use to frost cake.
  14. Decorate with gel and candies to represent your favorite sports team.
  15. Keep refrigerated.
