Baby Lima Beans

  1. Shell the beans and wash thoroughly.
  2. Put 2 cups water and the salt in a medium saucepan and add the beans.
  3. Cook the beans for 30 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Drain the liquid and add the butter.
  5. Sprinkle lightly with black pepper before serving.
  6. Trisha loves these beans!
