Sigara Boregi (Turkish Pastry Rolls)
- 1 packages yufka or phyllo
- 1 packages feta cheese
- 1 olive oil
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 1 paprika
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- Soo first is crumble the feta and add the pepper, 2 teaspoons oil, salt and paprika and it's optional, the parsley and mix it Together..
- And i use for this recipe yufka Pastry.. You can also use phyllo too.. And you need a glass little bit water..
- Wet a little bit the yufka and Put a little bit of our cheese mix into the middle but leave a border..
- Fold the corners into the middle..
- And roll it to the top and Wet the top a little bit and roll it to the end..
- At the end i just have 9 pieces..
- Put the oil into the pan and on medium head and fry these for 1-3 Minutes or until it's Brown at the side..
- Fry every 4 sides until browned and crunshy..
- Drain it on a paper towel..
- And seeeerve.. :)
