Gingered Bulgur Salad with Grapes

  1. In a bowl stir together bulgur and salt.
  2. Stir in water and let stand, covered, 30 minutes.
  3. While bulgur is standing, slice grapes and chop cilantro.
  4. Mince garlic.
  5. In a small bowl combine grapes, cilantro, garlic, gingerroot, lemon juice, and oil.
  6. Fluff bulgur with a fork and stir in grape mixture.
