Ham-&-Swiss-on-Rye Salad
- 1-1/4 qt. KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 2-1/2 cups GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 1 gal. OSCAR MAYER Ham Bulk Water Added Added Buffet, finely chopped
- 3 qt. KRAFT Pasteurized Process Swiss Cheese Slice, finely chopped
- 2-1/4 qt. IQF green peas, thawed, drained
- 1-1/4 cups onions, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 gal. rye bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard in large bowl until well blended.
- Add ham, process cheese, peas and onion; mix lightly.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Add bread cubes just before serving; mix lightly.
