Creamy Mediterranean Spread
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 jar (360 g) roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
- 1 pkg. (200 g) Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Ritz Crackers
- Spread cream cheese onto bottom of pie plate.
- Combine all remaining ingredients except crackers; spoon over cream cheese.
- Serve with crackers.
