Cream Style Corn Bread Recipe
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 sm. can cream style corn
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. oil
- Mix together cornmeal, flour, minced onion.
- Beat egg; add in to mix along with oil, cream style corn and lowfat milk.
- Mix well.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Bake for 1/2 hour.
