Weight Watcher's Nutty Cabbage Salad With Beets and Blue Cheese

  1. Combine slaw, cabbage and beets in a large bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise and blue cheese and mix well.
  3. Transfer mixture to individual plates.
  4. Place walnuts in a small skillet over medium-high heat and cook until golden brown, shaking the pan frequently, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Top plates with toasted walnuts.
  6. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
