Spinach-Artichoke Appetizers with Roasted Red Peppers
- 1-1/2 cups canned artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 cups frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 2/3 cup KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 1 cup KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2/3 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 2 each garlic cloves, minced
- to taste salt and black pepper
- 56 slices cocktail rye bread
- Mix all ingredients except bread; spread evenly onto bread slices.
- Place in single layer in sheet pans.
- Bake in 375 degrees F-convection oven 4 to 5 min.
- or until heated through.
