Oat Bran Delight

  5. In 2 quart saucepan, melt margarine and remove from heat.
  6. Stir
  7. in brown sugar until well-mixed, then blend in
  8. eggs and yogurt.
  9. Add whole wheat and all-purpose flours, bran,trange peel,
  10. vanilla,
  11. salt and baking soda.
  12. Fold in prunes.
  13. Spread batter into greased pan.
  14. If desired, sprinkle top with
  15. 2 tablespoons
  16. oats.take
  17. 30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly pressed with fingertip.
  18. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars; makes about 3 dozen.
