Crustless Crab Quiche Recipe

  1. Saute/fry mushrooms in butter.
  2. Mix Large eggs, flour, jack cheese, lowfat sour cream, and Tabasco sauce in a blender.
  3. Mix with the crab and cottage cheese.
  4. Pour into 9 1/2 inch quiche dish or possibly deep pie dish.
  5. Bake 40 to 45 min at 350 degrees.
