Crustless Crab Quiche Recipe
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 4 Large eggs
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. Jack cheese, grated
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- 6 ounce. frzn crab meat, thawed
- Saute/fry mushrooms in butter.
- Mix Large eggs, flour, jack cheese, lowfat sour cream, and Tabasco sauce in a blender.
- Mix with the crab and cottage cheese.
- Pour into 9 1/2 inch quiche dish or possibly deep pie dish.
- Bake 40 to 45 min at 350 degrees.
