Turkey Burgers Gluten Free
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Turkey Or Beef
- 2 Tablespoons Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cups Green Pepper, Diced
- 1/2 cups Gluten-free Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Ketchup
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Gluten Free Barbecue
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Mix all the patty ingredients together and divide into 6 patties.
- Grill on one side.
- Flip over and baste the cooked side with the basting sauce (just mix together the barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce).
- Grill until done.
- Patties can be made a few hours ahead and layered in between wax paper.
- Refrigerate until needed or make ahead and freeze.
- Serve on toasted gluten free hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, sauteed mushrooms, pickles, Swiss cheese and onions.
- Doesnt get any better than this!
