Cheesy Ham Chowder

  1. Combine potatoes and celery in a pot of water and bring to a boil.
  2. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until veggies are tender.
  3. In a saucepan melt butter and then add onion.
  4. Cook onion until tender but not browned.
  5. When potatoes and celery are done, drain water and then put back in pot.
  6. Add onion, ham, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and salt and pepper.
  7. Let heat up for 5 minutes to combine flavors and then add cheese and mix constantly.
  8. Once cheese has melted, serve and enjoy.
