Ashleys Awesome Easy-Peasy Crockpot White Chicken Chili
- 1- 1/4 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut Into 1/2-inch Cubes
- 2 cups Low-sodium Chicken Stock, Store Bought Or Homemade
- 11 ounces, weight Canned Whole Kernel Yellow Corn, Drained
- 30 ounces, weight Canned Cannellini Beans, Drained
- 1 Small Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Canned, Diced Green Chilies
- 14- 1/2 ounces, weight Canned Diced Tomatoes, Drained
- 1 package (1 Oz. Size) Chili Seasoning (McCormick Makes A Good One!)
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Sour Cream, Tortilla Chips, Chopped Chives, Shredded Cheddar Cheese For Topping If Desired
- Place all of the ingredients (except toppings) in a large crockpot.
- Put the lid on and cook over low heat for 8 hours, stirring often.
- Serve with desired toppings.
