Teriyaki Pork Burgers with Grilled Pineapple

  1. Combine mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce in bowl until well mixed.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat gas grill to medium-high or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  4. Combine all burger ingredients in another bowl; mix well.
  5. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
  6. Grill patties, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160F and meat is no longer pink in center.
  7. Top each burger with 2 slices cheese; continue grilling 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  8. Place pineapple slices onto grill.
  9. Grill, turning once, until heated through.
  10. Remove from grill; set aside.
  11. Grill buns, cut-sides down, 1-2 minutes or until toasted, if desired.
